Returns & Refunds

At RIAH UK, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it meets the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all original tags intact. 
  • Reach us within 14 days of order delivery.

 How to Start Your Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at riahuk24@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

 Items Not Eligible for Refunds

The following items and conditions are not eligible for
refunds:

  • Items with makeup, tan stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear or try-on
  • Items without intact tags
  • Items returned without order name or number reference

RIAH UK reserves the right to deny returns if items are soiled, used, worn, or damaged in any way. Any such items, including those with excessive hair, perfume, or other scents, will be returned to the sender. If your return does not qualify, we will notify you by email.

Please Note

  • RIAH cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number for all returns.
  • We do not offer free returns.

Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will have a £5.00 handling fee deducted from the refund amount.

 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected on your statement.
